You can dig out the spot a little and throw some fresh topsoil on it and let nature take its course. The grass should fill it in within a few weeks on its own. No need for seed.
If you are in need of a very quick fix, go to your local nursery and buy a sod square or roll. Simply dig off the top layer of dead grass and pop in a patch from the sod you bought.
I recently heard a little tip that's supposed to eliminate urine spots altogether...you might like this one. Simply mix 3 ounces of tomato juice in your dog's food once a day. It's supposed to counteract the acid in the urine. I don't know why it would be a problem, but you may want to check with your vet first. |
