My kitchen faucet isn’t working right. It seems to be clogged.

My kitchen sink faucet suddenly stopped working properly just as my water filter needed changing. (the water filter is to a separate tap and only cold water) sometime the water flows freely, sometimes it won’t. I changed the cartridges – no change. I made sure the springs in the seats were in with the small side up – no change. We changed the aerator. No change……Help! Thank you!
I’m not really sure of what’s happening there. Did you try running the faucet with no aerator? Are all the valves open all the way? Did you have to turn off a valve to change the filter? If so, I would suspect the shut off valve. Let me know.
