Topic :Carb adjustment


I have installed a carb kit and cleaned the carb and needles, it has good spark but still floods, changed the float and checked level but still floods. Do you by chance have the approximate screw adjustments so it will at least run?

The approx. screw adjustments are 1 1/2 turns out on each screw.
If it is flooding to the point where there’s visible gas puddles in the carb it usually means one of 4 things.
1) the float is still not adjusted properly .
2) the float needle seal is damaged or missing.
3) there’s a tiny crack in the carb where you can’t see it
4) the float is cracked.
Any of the 4 are very possible…good luck.
