I have a stone stuck in my pool line. How do I get it out?

I was vacuuming out my pool and a rock was sucked up into the line. I believe it has lodged into the line going from the skimmer to the pump. I have tried getting it out with a snake but to no avail. Is there any other way to dislodge this rock? I have very little pressure because of restricted water flow.
Try to get water pressure going in reverse of typical. In other words, hook up your garden hose at the pump and pressurize the line in reverse to blow the obstruction out. This will usually work provided you didn’t lodge the rock in there further with the snake. Note: Use a wet towel to seal off around the hose so pressure can build.
