What is the procedure for dealing with timber floors and joists which have dry rot? |
| I'm not sure what "procedure" you're referring to. The rotted wood will need to be removed and replaced. Not too much you can do to salvage rotted structural lumber outside of replacing it. All areas will need proper support while attempting the repair. |
